Parties are mid, professors are for the most part average at best, the food here is awful dining halls are not worth the money, the cost of living is high as heck, and the people here are some of the rudest stuck-up and daddies money I have ever seen. Nightlife is dead and was killed by administration and covid, safety is so terrible, no access to city of syracuse, stuck up people, everything is so expensive, paying the price of NYC apartments just because there is no rent control here. She gives so much extra credit. If you're able, I would highly recommend taking any or all of his courses. However in lectures he overcomplicates the concepts, and he says in the beginning of the course that he designs homework so you need help. Paper criteria is hard to understand; luckily the TA's grade the papers so they can shed some light on what the professor was talking about. Show up to recitation, ask questions, submit all homework, do alright on exams and you should pass. No grades for participation/attendance, only graded on 3 essays.
