First of all we need to know what broadband service you have, full fibre (FTTP), VDSL (FTTC) or G.Fast. Perhaps authentication is possible both ways, and username/password is the fallback option. This router does not allow me to split the bands in to two separate networks, meaning I've had to disable 5ghz for some of the older tech I have to work..
